Nepal Earthquake - One year on

In Nepal, the 2015 earthquakes on 25 April (7.8 magnitude) and 12 May (7.2 magnitude) claimed almost 9,000 lives and injured roughly 22,000 people. One year later, Plan International was looking to document the progress of the people affected by the earthquakes and the country’s rehabilitation efforts, leveraging this video and photographic content for international media use. The resources produced together have been featured in reporting internationally by Reuters, Herald Sun, Urban Post, The Huffington Post and others, and translated into languages such as Spanish, Swedish and Italian.
